60i to 24p HDV with ppro/ae to dvd? at DVinfo.net

I was looking at an HDR-FX1 as an alternative to getting an XL2... and since the FX1 doesn't come with a 24p mode, I would convert it from 60i to 24p with DVFilm Maker... that will yield 1080/24p... Using Premiere Pro 1.5.1 and After Effects 6.5, will I have any trouble editing this? I will need 2 final outputs... one for DVD and one for Digibeta or Betacam SP... I would outsource the digibeta/betacamsp and just send them lossless AVI from after effects, but what would I need to convert to SD for DVD?
