good quality DVDs
Does anyone have any brands of DVDs they recommend. Other than making sure you have the right speed and -R are there any brand names to trust and one's to stay away from. Why? I've gotten confusing answers on this.

You might want to look at this recent thread. This is for printable media, but is pretty much the same. They make them both ways. Should be helpful.

i have burned well over a thousand inkjet printable taiyo-yudens and maxell, with great results... lately i've used supermediastore.com for the discs, polyline.com for cases that don't get destroyed in shipping.
