DVD Workshop serious problem!
I was making a DVD with lots of menu, when I finished the menu creation, I try to preview it on the preview window...Then worse thing happen, the program crash and must be closed. So I close it, I try to open the project file .dws but said some file can't open, it made the project file couldn't open! I was so frustrated! I need to do everything from the beginning again. DVD Workshop 2 is still unstable!
Anyone experience the same problem? Any solution of this? |

You are running "Ulead DVD Workshop 2", right? Are you running
the latest version (latest patch etc.)? On what Operating System are you running this? A crash doesn't always have to be due to the program. Do you do a lot of other work on that PC? Perhaps it has some virusses/trojans or other spy/mal-ware? If all else fails and it isn't a problem you or they can resolve it might be time to look to another package? I would suggest you contact their technical department as well. Also write down the error that you get when it crashes.
