DVD to VCD

I may be missing something in the instruction manuals, i've not had the need to do this before so never bothered finding out how to do it, but alas the time has come. I have created a DVD using PPro, authored in Encore, but i want to do a version on a vcd. Can anyone explain how i do this this. It's just a simple demo disc I want to burn.

sorry to hear that you have to give up the far superior picture quality of dvd.

how about going back to the edit in premiere pro, and outputting(is that a word?) the timeline to the mpeg encoder, where you should be able to create a vcd mpeg file, which can then be burned to a cd with nero... i think?

Thanks for that, I have since done a search since posting and found a similar request. Now sorted. It just goes to show, search for a topc before posting. Lesson learned
