howto get SPECIAL packaging of DVDs. not regular cases:
it's sorta like the LOTR extended editino cases OR pulp fiction with the leatherbound cases. are there any way to get them for small quantities (like 10 or 100)? one thing to get them but another to get them with custom lettering/label in the cover.

Another good source for some nice packaging is: www.jewelboxing.com, a bit expensive, but nice for small special projects.
