Hi Daniel!
I can't help you about the lenses, and I'm still waiting for my dvd demo to arrive. But I am interested to know if you have bought the mini 35 or if you are renting one. Where can we buy one (or rent in my case, I couldn't afford to buy one) in the province of Quebec? Don't worry about your english, (which is not so bad in fact) you are not alone with a foreign main language here! :)

Hey Guys,
Go to the P+S part of this forum. One of the guys who works at distributing for them will tell you everything you need to know...can't remember his name, but he is a big help. http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/forumdisp...?s=&forumid=58

You're right, this thread is in the wrong place, it would be nice if a moderator should move them.
Daniel, I was not aware of a new version coming shortly. What are the added features/improvements?

oui
the price for the older version of the mini35 are : 7000.00$ US
& 8500.00 US for the new one. So added : the mount adaptor for the lenses 300.$$$ US & the Camera AdapterCanon XL1/XL1S """2000.0$ US & tripod dv6 or dv8 2500.00$ approx ! Details on the 400 series have not been posted yet. In general, the new and improved features are: Improved Ground Glass quality Improved Ground Glass movement...no more center spot! Ability to use DVX100 Unified body construction New Sony optics Another way to look at it is that the 400 series incorporates all the best features of the PRO35 into the Mini35 design. voila |
