SVCD to DVD at DVinfo.net

Hi

Is there any software (payware) to easily convert SVCD to DVD? I have seen a few programs in the DVDRhelp.com site, but none in "one step way" Any help would be appreciated.

drop the SVCD ( 480x480) into Vegas TL and render it out as a MPEG 2 (720x480) for DVD ... seems other NLE's should be able to do this ??
