Real-time DVD encoder_burner

I'm looking for some suggestions on a real-time (or close to real-time) DVD encoder and burner for my master control. We do a lot of transfers from various formats to DVD. Most of them are just straight duplications with no editing or authoring.
Currently we have a Pioneer PVR-LX1, but it's starting to show problems and Pioneer no longer produce them or any replacement for them. Because our master control is all digital now, I need something that is SDI video and AES unbalanced audio. Right now I'm looking at getting the fastest computer I can get, running Premiere CS4 and a Black Magic Design input board.
If anybody has any better suggestions, please send them my way. Thanks.
