Encoding 24P DVD with TMPGEnc 4 XPress

Hi guys.
I was wondering if anyone here knows the correct setting for encoding 24P (23.979P) MPEG2 using TMPGEnc XPress.

Source footage is 23.976P and I want to create a 24P DVD NTSC. So that during playback, when the player detects a progressive display, it plays progressive 24P. And when the player detects an interlace display, it will play 29.97i.

Hope I'm making myself clear.

Thanks in advance.
