Audio synch problem, PAL master to NTSC dvd

Hi

I am using dvdsp and compressor. I filmed a project in PAL format, compressed it as NTSC format (as I wish to make a NTSC master) and my audio is a little out of synch, and the image is quite soft ( by this I mean a little blurred)

Does anyone know any settings that stop this when going from PAL footage to NTSC dvd?

regards

Mark

I was told to use TMPGEnc 4 xpress when I wanted to make an NTSC DVD and it work, no loss in lip sync

How long to convert 75 min project from PAL to NTSC in compressor

I've heard compressor does a good PAL to NTSC conversion but takes forever. If I wanted to convert a 75 min project, how long could I expect to wait?
