Does anyone know how to capture stills from an uncopyrighted DVD?

nVidia's nvdvd software has a nice feature that allows single frame capture.

On the PC, most software DVD players (PowerDVD, WinDVD etc) have a handy 'capture' button on the player controls. You just pause the DVD's playback and click the button.
This works with copyrighted DVDs as well as non-copyrighted. Gary

apple + shift + 4 is the snapshot shortcut on mac. Drag the over wherever and it'll take a snapshot.
