What DVD Extra Features Offer Really Valuable Instruction?
If I want to learn a lot about any of the various aspects of filmaking, which movies should I rent because of the educational value of the extras that follow the movie?

"O Brother, Where Art Thou?" comes to mind, if I recall correctly. The producers did a really good job with the color on the film, and I think the description of how that was done is on the DVD extra features. It was pretty neat.

Thanks. I watched El Mariachi and the extra on that were very enjoyable and very candid.

I heard the Season 5 DVD set of "24" contains very good extras with a lot of info on camera and lighting. I haven't seen it yet, but they mentioned it in the 2nd unit tv interview with 24 dop Rodney Charters.
