Wonderful job, Lorinda! Worthy of a behind-the-scenes DVD Extras when you bundle your productions for sale. :-) I thought your voice over synopses were perfect and you previewed just enough of each prior movie to whet our appetites to seek out your past works. It flowed nicely and gave a polished, professional look. Oh, and yes, seek an agent. You should be well compensated for your screen time! The camera loves you! Thanks for a wonderful contribution!

Folks, you can catch Hugh's regular comedy act nightly at The Borgata Casino Resort & Spa in Atlantic City...

;)

(thanks, Hugh!)

Excellent work! Funny to hear you tired, didn't remember you sounding like that
in Vegas (perhaps I need to drink less?).

Wow, you've done 'em all eh Lorinda?! Anyone else who's completed an entry
for each of the challenges? Anyone know?

Thanks for the kind words Lorinda! See you at NAB again in '07?

I believe Lorinda is the only one left to have done them all.

You did it again Lorinda! You always sucker us in by saying they are not too good, then hit us with something great! Sneaky you!

Loved it, one of the best.

Mike

Oh, Mike, some of you fellas see through different eyes because we're friends. But thanks! :)

Hey Rob, last year at NAB some of us just left the parties too soon. Maybe next year we'll help close the place down. See ya there!

p.s. Mike H., I will tell Mason you liked the guys' bit. He'll love it!

Very clever idea and great title! I was intrigued by it from the moment I saw it on the list of entries!

This is my first competition, but I looked back on some of the entries from previous challenges before doing this one and know I watched some of yours. It was fun to see some of the struggles and the things you were thinking about when you made them. Totally make it one of your bonus features if you ever make a DVD of all your shorts!

That's half the fun of these challenges--commiserating with each other and laughing at ourselves. :) A few of us could write a "What Not To Do" book; of course, we'd be revising it with every Challenge...

Thanks for the thoughts, Jamey! I see (especially at the rate we've been at today ;) that we'll be waiting a long time to see your movie...it'll be great fun seeing what you've done!

This may be the next hot series on VH1. When pop and rock stars do a history of their careers, they can follow this template. I'm in on the group hug, why not, I showered today.

Nice job Lorinda.

Dennis, I can totally see musicians doing such a thing, now that you mention it. I used the word "diva" simply because this deal seemed so self-absorbed, and it was my way of poking a little fun at the whole idea.

Hah! Yeah, showers all around would be a good prerequisite for this group hug. Thanks a bunch, Darryl, for bringing it into the equation. ;)

While waiting for Dylan to post links, I tried to review what I could find from past challenges to see just what I had gotten myself into. I found more from you than anyone else and watched, enjoyed, and was fascinated by what you've done in the past.

So when your DVC7 entry link was posted I saw more in it than I would have had I not hunted up your previous work.

You have an excellent "presence" in front of the camera, a nice voice (nice singing voice also!) and your previous entries show a great visual storytelling talent. "Memiors Of A DVC Diva" is neat and I enjoyed it very much.

You literally put yourself into your work this time.

A tardy "Merry Christmas" to you too, Lorinda.

You've peeked my interest to watch all your old films now!

I'm hoping that someday...I'll be able to put together a film looking back on all my old entries! Hopefully one day one will even win! Ha! (shah right!)

Anyway,
Very fun film!

Cute. Makes me want to go back and re-watch all those old ones. Very clean. Nice twist on being able to use pre-shot footage. Sure it was pre-shot, but it was still all DVC.

Smile,
Kris

Such a shameless and blatant attempt to sway the principal judge - the only guy to know how we all really voted? Oh my.

Seriously though, fun stuff. I was thrown off by the robe at the end too. I though maybe for a moment I was going to have to avert my eyes, or at least wait till later that night to watch the rest of it. I was thinking maybe that had something to do with the bribery...

I hold you in high regard and that's the reason I feel comfortable joking with you in such a way. I too have liked the adventures of you and "the boys" throughout the history of DVC. Please keep at it. They are always fun.

Yes, "hep" still gets me too.

Your pal in civilized Ohio,
Sean
