LOL! Oh, but you are special!! We’ve been through quite a bit in a virtual sort of way. :)
To some it may not seem like a long time ago, but I think it’s cool, also, that Daniel finally resurfaced after nearly two years. He won an award for cinematography in DVC2 then disappeared on us!

Hilarious. I knew cupid really sucked! Actor did a great job. Don't be too hard on yourself about the sky, the lighting was great on the actor. I didn't even notice the sky until you mentioned it. Very funny.

Okay, I loved this one. I think it came across as one of the most original versions of a cupid/eros concept I've seen, and your actor did a great job of presenting it in a sort of "this job really freakin' sucks" sort of way - aided in part by the clever obviousness of cheap cardboard wings and accoutrements. Awesome.
The closing shot was a scream. BTW: I personally liked the blown-out sky. I think it really gave it a look that was appropriate for the presence of eros on the wall. Great piece. -Jon

Mr. Kohl, I love your work! I distinctly remember your DVC 2 entry being my favorite. Your style, composition, and even editing choices make it so appealing to me. Again, I was immediately enthralled with this new piece visually. Short, sweet, simple - it was great! I'm glad you're back.
