How to Submit a Review at DVinfo.net

Hey Guys/Gals,

In my spare time, I do a lot of writing. I just enjoy doing it, and I write about all sorts of things. A long story cut short – I want to write a review of a "modular" matte box, which has recently come to my attention. But before I go to the trouble of organizing a unit to be sent to me by the manufacturer, I would like to know there is somewhere where it could be "published," and I would like to start here at DVInfo. How do I go about getting permission to submit a technical review with pictures, and the reasonable expectation that it would be seen – how do I get a commission, so to speak? I am not looking for payment, I just want to know how to get it out there.
