Where is a good place? I am staying at the Conv. Ctr Hilton. (convienient to the Conv. Ctr. a pain to get to the strip.) Cheers

Well, at this point it looks like there's stuff happening every night (Mon -Tue-Wed) so I was thinking about meeting any DVi members at those events at their particular locales, with a swift retirement to the nearest bar at each. See the Calender link above for details and locations (cabs should be easy to get between the Hilton and the Strip after 7pm or so).

Chris, what booth are you working at NAB?
I'm going to be poking around between ZGC, P+S, and the Panasonic booth. I don't know what my evenings look like but I'm interested in hooking up with the DV group if anything coalesces.

Hi Justin,
I'll be at Canon, and if I'm not there one day it's because they'll have me working the B&H camera line. Be sure to drop by as it would be great to meet you! ZGC is right down the aisle. There are events every night, see the calender link above for details and locations, I'll be at all of 'em and thought we'd have a mini-DVi party for whoever's there at each one (read: nearest bar). See you there! |

I'll have my "official genuine NAB approved and assigned" name badge on at all times. Usually at the close of the show floor, you "de-dweeb" by taking it off, but in my case I'll endure the dweeb factor and leave it on. See my mug shot here if that helps! |
