2000 members!
Congratulations, Chris!
It's really the friendliest and most educating forum i've met. Flowers and a pint of beer! Cheers, Margus |

Thank you Margus,
Flowers and beer are enthusiastically accepted. I appreciate your kind remarks. Our stats for the past two weeks are roughly 150 new posts per day on average; never fewer than 40 and sometimes more than 220 new posts per day. In the same time frame we're picking up anywhere from 4 to 14 new people per day, averaging about 10 per day. This is considered very small by some standards, especially by other online DV communities who consider themselves "in competition" with this one; however I'm grateful that the growth rate is what it is as it allows a high degree of manageability. We're shooting for quality over quantity with regard to our members as well as the volume of traffic and I think it's succeeding very well. Thanks in no small part to our excellent volunteer forum moderators! Cheers all, |

Yep, all us moderators have been hard at work making up fake users to get us over the 2000 mark. Glad we are appreciated!
:) Just kidding of course. It's amazing how much busier this site has gotten just over the last few months. Congrats Chris! |

Thanks to you all!
Being in south central KY, the only way that I could get any decent advice from a real person would be to move. "Ya'll" have been a lot of help and I appreciate the positve/profesional attitude of almost every thread. Thanks again. Chris. |

Chris,
Congrads on a great forum. I suspect there are many more viewers than 2000 that just havn't registered (such as I was for quite a while). I especially appreciate your adding a section for the Panny 24p. Thanks again for the great service and great forum ! Hook 'em Horns ! Nick |

Congratulations!
I just wanted to say congratulations on hitting the 2000 mark. Quite impressive.
I also have learned an enormous amount from this forum. It is a blessing to have such dedicated people to help spread their knowledge. Thank you to all of the moderators and to Chris. Again, congrats. |

Omigod, metoometoometoo, ad nauseum. But it true. I have learned more than I can absorb in my feeble little brain on this website. And I thought I knew a bit about still cameras.... Dumb!
