Spot, what's the difference between the "Sound Forge 7" and "Now Hear This" DVDs exactly? Do you have a breakdown of all the chapters we can view?

Beings I'm a videographer would you suggest going with the "Now Hear This" DVD over the "Sound Forge 7" discs? I'm assuming one covers audio surrounding dv more specifically. Thanks.
