Where do I look?
DVInfo has been so helpful. Now, as I'm considering an upcoming project, I'm wondering where the proper place to post is. If I want to ask how to light, got it... If I want to know how to mic, it's covered. How about shooting techniques for various genres and applications? I'd love to tap into the experience here and pick up some ideas on how to approach my work. Where should I be looking?
Thanks to all who work hard at this site. Kent |

If your question relates to a specific camera model, then probably the specific forum for that model or manufacture. If the question relates to general techniques and methods then the Open DV Forum would be appropriate.

Usually most questions are best posted on their own if you
couldn't find an answer for them through browsing or searching. We have an audio forum as well as a Lighting forum, for example. General questions that don't fit into a specific category or talk about genres in your example are best posted to the general forum
