For the opening titles can I do the order like this?

Or does it have to be this way?

I am working on the credits and want to make sure that everything is perfect for the competition and staying within the rules.

Looks like we've got a few typos to address, as well, but to answer your question, after you get "The DV Challenge Presents" out of the way the rest is up to you!
