supports for slider track
I made a camera slider that runs along a 10 foot 2"x6" plank. I'm trying to figure out what to support each end with that is adjustable?
I'm using saw horses now, but they don't adjust in height. maybe a headless tripod on each end? anyone have a nice solution? |

Re: supports for slider track
How about a couple of heavy-duty lighting stands with brackets made up to fit the width of the plank?

That could work. I'll look into that - thanks.

Re: supports for slider track
I realized that when I'm using the slider I won't be using my camera tripods - so I'm going to attach two quick release plates on the bottom of the track and use the tripods to support it.
perfect solution - adjustable from 2' to 5'! |
