Is there any way to prevent ClipWrap from combining M2T files?
I have a project for which I manually encoded separate M2T files into AIC and then removed the pulldown in Cinema Tools. ClipWrap and Compressor provides a great way for me to update the project semi-automatically by having the source material in 10 bit ProRes 422, by simply replacing the original files. For this to work, ClipWrap needs to separately wrap sequential M2T files, but it seems to automatically combine them. I can't see a way to switch off this behavior.

Greg,
We autocombine clips with sequential numbers at the end, starting with 00 or 01, in the same directory. So you have a few options to thwart this - simply append another character to the end of the 00 and/or 01 clips in the folder, or move the files out of the folder. so as an example: test00.m2t test01.m2t test02.m2t ...wil be spanned. whereas: test00a.m2t test01a.m2t test02.m2t ...will not. Hope this helps, mike -- Mike Woodworth mike@divergentmedia.com |
