HDTV Delivery Dilemma: Sony Bravia or 1080p?
I've been shopping for a HD TV display for my studio--this is to preview clients' projects, so I want it to look as good as possible. Trouble is, I have not been able to pull the trigger. I keep looking for 1080 rez displays, so that I can take full advantage of the 1080 resolution of my cameras, but they don't look as good to my eye as the Sony Bravia 720p models. Can anyone explain why I am seeing it this way? Is there any advantage or disadvantage to purchasing the Bravia versus the 1080 models I'm seeing?

The Bravia models are not restricted to 720p. The V2500 and W/V3000 models (just to name a few) have 1080p capability.
