How does one encode like...

dis?

What codec settings do they use to make the hd trailers. I have qt pro, I'd like to do this. Pretty good quality considering the file size/. How is this achieved? Any articles? I see independent peeps and amateurs doing this on their sites nowadays. How is this done?

Apple uses the h.264 codec to encode their hi defintion movies. I dont really anything about the details of their settings though. Play around with it and see what you can do.
