Standalone MC encoder won't take big files?
Once upon a time I bought the standalone-upgrade for MC-encoder(if you had premiere). I now have the most recent version, tested to encode a 20gb AVI file. MC says "no video in file". But Vegas/MC can encode the file and so can CinemaCraft Basic. Am I doing something wrong with MC(standalone) or is it cranky on big files?

Anyone tested the standalone MC on a big file? I have version 1.05.01.00 and it just won't recognize a large file. Haven't checked the limit, but 20gb is a no go.

After installing Edius and the latest version of Power DVD, I can now feed 20gb+ files to MC Standalone - must have been a bad entry in the registry that got "fixed"
