VHX digital distribution
So my nights & weekends documentary film WHERE THEY RACED: Speed Demons in the City of Angels which is all about the early racing history and automotive innovation in So Cal is now available online / streaming via VHX which is a digital distribution platform I choose over VimeoPro, Distrify, Reelhouse and a BUNCH of others for various reasons.
The main reasons had to do with ease of purchase (Vimeo and some others make you sign up for an account just to watch the video). VHX takes a smaller % than many of the other sites plus has no monthly or yearly fee (Distrify & Vimeo)... You can watch a trailer & buy it here: WHERE THEY RACED Makes a great Fathers Day gift for any gear heads out there. VHX allows you to sell different packages like just the 100 minute feature film, the deluxe set witch also includes 90 minutes of extended interviews or you can just buy the bonus footage. So far they have been great and have paid on time. |

Re: VHX digital distribution
Great optical clarity in the video that you shot. Looks awesome.
Also noticed and appreciated the clever transitions between the archive footage and what you shot with the camera on where the track location was/is today. Loved the trailer. Andrew |
