Dvd encoding solution
Hi everyone,
Im looking for a solution for our facilities post house that will take sdi input and spit out various formats. Basically we play out from an avid symphony to hdcam sr and sometimes digibeta and we need multiple dvds as part of our delivery to most of our clients. We need a clean dvd and a bitc dvd in most cases. Additionally we also make a prores qt for the web with options for both clean and bitc. We're after a solution that can provide all of this preferably without a lot of intervention from us. Currently we use dvd hardware recorders for the clean and bitc dvd's and export from avid for the prores. We'd love to have a feed from the deck as we playout to record to a hardrive (in a computer is fine) that can then burn different flavours of dvd and transcode to h.264 and then upload to the web. Does anyone have any experience of a product that does this? Thanks Matt |

Re: Dvd encoding solution
Nobody?
Ive been looking at content agent, which looks great but is over featured for what I need. A more limited, read cheap, version would be great. Any suggestions? |
