QuickTime 7 & H264
Just got an Email from Apple regarding Quick Time 7 with the new video codec H 264 coming soon.

Ooh, nice.
I wish Apple would get off their duff and make Quicktime Pro a small, competitive NLE or start selling iMovie for Windows. |

And then you'd have one less reason to buy their Macs! So it won't happen! :-)
H264 isn't Mac only though, so everyone will benefit when it becomes more pervasive... |
