TMPGenc DVD "add a note page" ? at DVinfo.net

Does anyone here use TMPGenc DVD Author?

I've run into a problem that's got me at a dead end.

I am trying to "add a note page" but the option is grayed out. I am using a custom menu. The help documentation says that custom menus are always able to add note pages, up to 99 of them.

Any ideas?

Found a workaround. (still doesn't make sense that it was grayed out, but hey)
