Live Switcher Suggestions for SONY HDW-730S Cameras

I'm looking for some recommendations on a high quality, live switcher for two SONY HDW-730S video cameras.

Ideally, I'm looking for something that has on-board monitoring of the video sources and HD-SDI inputs and outputs. Although I'm also open to other alternatives as well...

Thanks!
~Greg

One of my clients is very happy with the Panasonic HS400 switcher. I'll see it in action next week. It's basically an HD-SDI switcher, with optional modules for several other formats.

No built-in monitoring... but it does composite multiple sources to a single large monitor, using splitscreen/PiP.

Greg: have you looked at the Sony ANYCAST system?

This might be a nice option:

Thanks very much for all the suggestions! I have looked at the SONY device (and love it), but will also look into these others as well...

Much appreciated!
