Works fine here. Main screen works and logged in without issue.

I was on it few times today with no problem, your local provider must have it blocked !

No, its still alive, but for how long? A drop in service and quality after paying for a Plus account is a sure way to get people to migrate elsewhere. Especially when YouTube is offering better quality for free now.

Its still blocked locally somehow. I managed to access it via a US server. Its strange! When I hit Vimeo, Video Sharing For You I get an error as below. Its so frustrating...
Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. |

Sean, it is blocked for me as well. I have tried it from 4 or 5 different places in the past few days and get the same error message as you.
Wonder who to contact about this? Obviously I can't look for an email contact on vimeo. :) Richard |

Sounds like an ISP issue. You might want to contact your provider. Whatever's blocking you is probably happening there.

I did as Tripp advised and contacted my ISP, Singnet. They gave me a proxy server setting to apply and it works.
Sean, I will PM you the settings. Richard |

No problems here ... I am on Pacific Internet's Cable modem service (using Starhub's infrastructure). A friend of mine also got the same problem.
