Got a problem.. H.264 corrupt?

Ok,

Somehow, I managed to create 2 H.264 .mov files early in 2008. I saved them both to DVD and Hard drive. However, in going back now to open them, neither will play. GSpot shows the codec as H.264/AVC. But I can't get them to open in anything.

Does anyone have or know of a fix-it tool for files of this type? Any help would be appreciated.
