Cinegear in LA, 6/22-6/23
For those who love the high end tech, this is the show of the year. Whereas NAB covers virtually every aspect of the industry, this show focuses only on the top filmmaking tools (camera, lighting, grip). See every high end HD camera in action, plus all of the stuff you only read about or see in DVD behind-the-scenes segments. It's also a nice outdoor event, much more pleasant than the usual convention hall madness.

Even though I have no business being there, I’ve wanted to check out this show for three years now. Seems it’s usually the third weekend in June, which always causes a conflict for me. Have a good time for all of us, Charles. :)
Last year someone took some GREAT pictures and posted them here. Hope that’ll happen again!
