Eastman Kodak said Thursday its first-quarter loss doubled from a year ago, as restructuring costs and weakness in its traditional film business took the shine off traction the company gained in its move toward digital products.

Eastman Kodak Co.'s credit rating could be downgraded by Moody's Investor Service after the photography company, saddled with high restructuring costs, said it was considering selling its health-imaging business.
