My guess is it'll have XDCAM 50Mbps 422 codec to match the other recent XDCAM upgrades/new cams? There is also an active thread going on about this here:

My guess is 10-bit 4K and SLOG to onboard recording. Really exciting mid-tier stuff that doesn't undercut what the F65 is doing with high-end RAW.

When they announced the FS700, Sony said the 4K would be 12-bit raw.
