I just wonder if he was referring to the C300...... ? BBC approved codec, a "proper" body, "proper" 1080p output, the only thing missing from your list is the s35 sensor instead of VistaVision.
But..... so what? S35 may be better from a lens availability point of view, and I wonder if by "5D concept" what was intended was "lot bigger than 2/3"? To put numbers on that, compared to 2/3" at a given f stop, a four-thirds sensor will give similar dof 2 stops stopped down, 3 stops for s35 and 4 stops for full-frame.
