FYI:

Production has begun in London on Martin Scorcese’s new adventure film Hugo Cabret. The live-action film, to be photographed in 3D, stars Ben Kingsley, Sacha Baron Cohen, Asa Butterfield (The Boy in the Striped Pajamas), and youngster Chloe Moretz (Hit Girl from Kick-Ass).

Interesting cast choices and thank goodness, at least it is being lensed in 3D. This B.S. cheap-ass 2D to 3D conversion is going to kill the goose that laid the golden egg if the Hollywood establishment isn't careful.

I was lucky enough to interview Mr. Scorsese a few years ago, what a great guy and an amazing filmmaker. Andrew, just so you know, it is Scorsese, not Scorcese.
