Performance of Adobe After Affects CS3 relative to 7.0?

Has anybody tested it out yet? I felt 7.0 was a bit sluggish, so I hesitate to upgrade if it is going to be even slower. I understand that the Mac version has been optimized but I am a Windows user.

I feel like CS3 is a bit slower, but I can't confirm that!

I have some experience now. Unlike the Photoshop upgrade, which took a real performance hit, I find the After Effects upgrade comparable.
