AE 7 RAM preview audio sync at DVinfo.net

Recently, while trying to put together a music-timed photo montage I have noticed a frustrating issue with AE RAM Preview.

RAM previews (with audio) have the audio slightly behind in sync. I.e the RAM preview is timed differently to the audio than the final rendered avi, mov or whatever.

Whilst in AE the audio only preview is accurate and matched the final rendered out movie file but the RAM preview (with audio obviously) is off a bit. This is very frustrating when you're trying to time stuff to the music.

Any ideas....?
