Playout / Automation with split-screen, mms-support and more

Hello Y'all!

I'm in Germany and I'm planning an internet-TV-station. I'm looking for several things - for example automation playout software which has MMS_Support - that means it can handle mms-streams like:
mms://a499.l1075758557.c10757.n.lm.akamaistream.net/D/499/10757/v0001/reflector:58676
(only an example)

I found DVmixer Pro. It can work with mms/http-streams but only with very short addresses. ASX it doesn't support at all.

Another thing I want to do is split screen with animated background. Of course I can realize that easilly with editing software - but how can I do that LIVE.

EXAMPLES
a) If I have a mms-feed and a studio camera - ... I wanna press a button an it switches to split screen like in a newscast with names of places and animated background. I press again and it switches back to the correspondent or the studio.
b) The studio picture is in the corner and in the bigger screen story-related footage is seen like they do it on the news channels.

The third thing it should be supporting is titling. I wanna do that live as well. A additional question I have: how can I display the current time?

The software should provide me with streaming video mms or MPEG2 output.

Kind regards and thanks in nadvance for your support.

It looks very nice, but it also costs too much for my budget. Isn't there anything where you don't need extra hardware?
