Composite glitch, pic included

I'm not sure how we should upload pics, but see if this works:

That's what my composite turned into all of the sudden in Motion, has anyone seen this before? I have a deadline coming up so please look at it.

I figured it out.
Incase this happens to anyone else: The reason was that I used PSD files in motion and added an effect to it. This makes your images go berserk, if you ever see this glitch: undo, and hide the layers for a second then bring them back, hopefully they'll return to normal.
