After Effects 7.0.1 Update Available at DVinfo.net

Adobe has separate downloads for PC and Mac available dated 8 Dec 2006 for update to AE 7.0.1. The change list shows a number of bug fixes.

Interestingly, this did not show up in the "Check for Updates" feature of Adobe Production Studio; it is only available from the Adobe web site at:

http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

When I downloaded and installed the update, the splash screen did increment to v7.0.1 and the Installed Panel in the "Check for Updates" applet was blank in the AE line, no longer showing either the previous Hotfix 1 or the update to v7.0.1.
