Waving flag at DVinfo.net

Hi all,

I'd like to create a flag using the same mask as one of my previous post

It already looks like a flag so it is a good start. I know that with text you can play around with temporal and spatial phase to give the text a wavy look. Is there anything that could be applied to a media, in this case a mask over a jpeg.
