Stupid After Effects 7 Question
I'm fairly new to AE7, although I've composited with other not-so-great programs. When I'm doing a playback - even after getting some frames "rendered" (shown by the green line above the timeline) - I don't hear any sound from my audio track. Of course I hear it when i do a full-out render, but not hearing the sound while editing makes it really tough to time things right! Oddly enough, the only help I can find in the Help Center program is how to change the quality of the preview audio... the same audio I don't hear. Has anyone else ever have this problem?

Nevermind...
I thought I was using the RAM preview by pressing the spacebar. Turns out, that preview mode doesn't play audio. You have to use the zero key on the keypad, or the RAM preview button that looks suspiciously a lot like a fast-forward button. -Michael
