Anyone going to SIGGRAPH - Boston?
For those that may not be familiar with this event, SIGGRAPH is to the visual effects industry as NAB is to the video industry.
THE major industry gathering of the year. Vender expo's, artist and production house showcases, research presentation, job fairs, and more focused entirely on digital visual effects and graphics. This year's conference is in Boston, July 30 through Aug 3. http://www.siggraph.org/s2006/ Anyone from these planning to go? |

I downloaded it, but it just crashes on my PowerMac. Have to stick with 2.41 for now. |

It's finally in my hometown this year...I've got my pass already and will be roaming around the exhibit halls.
