After Effects Help
I recently got a copy of After Effects 7.0 and want so much to work with it but have very little idea where to begin. Can anybody direct me to a site that gives so basic user information up to advanced techniques. What I am ultimately looking to do is use it to create motion DVD menus in Encore. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Aside from the mundane task of going through the manual/help, Adobe actually has some helpful sample Total Training videos at their web site:
http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/tutorials/main.html just look through the list and you'll find a short primer on motion menus for Encore using AE.
