After Effects Professional Help Please

Would anyone be able to tell me wether i can make footage run slower in after effects without adjusting the frame rate of the composition. I think in Premiere Pro it is called the Speed/Duration setting.

Thanks in advance.

on the bottom of your timeline look for 2 arrows pointing away from each other....click on it and it will open the Stretch and Duration settings. You can either set the length of time you want i the clip to be and set the percentage of how long or short you want it.

The Stretch percentage works opposite from Premiere pro.....in PPro 1/2 speed is 50% but in AE it's 200%
