After Effects Encoding Problems

I'm trying to use Divx (the latest version) to encode my video. When the render is complete, I open the video and the sound is the there but the video is just black. Anyone know why?

i personally would recommend that you render an uncompressed or some kind of standard codec like DV and then convert that file to divx
