How do you do this?
Is this a greenscreen effect?

Hi Jaime. There are two ways - greenscreen (which I suspect the example is, his lighting is different from the backgrounds), or you can have the performer move in slow motion (or often you see it where they just stand still) and then you time remap the footage.

But then the actor has to stay completely still for a long period of time, otherwise small mannerisms and movements will still be forfeiting the purpose.
Is there another way of having this effect besides a green screen? |
