Where to find AE Talent for Hire
Planning a music video with a lot of composite work. I dabble in AE but not strong enough for what we're looking for. Is there a site anyone recommends to find available AE resources? Are fees usually by the hour or by project? If hourly, what would be a fair rate?
Thanks - Art |

craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums http://www.vfxtalk.com/forum/demo-reels-f117.html Fees can go either by hour or project depending on who you're dealing with. For myself, I'll give a quote on the project by estimating how many hours I need to put into it. As for a fair rate, you need to look at your budget and your geographical area. I've seen newbies go for $20-$50/hr, and professionals or studios go from $75/hr to $300/hr. People on the east or west coasts tend to charge more than people in the midwest or in sparsely populated areas. You'll need to get in touch with a few people and discuss the details to get a good idea on how much it will cost you. |
